I needed to give some feedback regarding my interactions and experience of working with Nicole Samhouri (Realtor with Dogwood Realty). Nicole has been nothing but a TRUE PROFESSIONAL! She is absolutely amazing to work with, and she takes the time to listen to your needs and wants. Nicole has done nothing but gone beyond what is expected by a realtor. She was extremely thorough with explaining comps to me and pricing structure. She helped me come up with a list of non-negotiables and priorities for this process. Additionally, Nicole always communicated promptly with me via text, phone, and/or in-person. Dogwood Realty is composed of a fantastic team of people who work collaboratively to do what is right for their clients. I highly recommend their company and Nicole as a realtor!
