A graduate of Jacksonville University with a degree in business and marketing, Meshell began her career as a successful territory manager before discovering her passion for real estate. She transitioned into the industry in 2017, quickly earning recognition as “Rookie of the Year” in 2018 and her brokerage’s number one agent in sales by 2020, the same year she became a licensed real estate broker.

Today, as Co-Founder and Broker Associate at Dogwood Realty FL, Meshell leads with a full service, client focused approach. She provides expert guidance in home marketing, renovation planning, staging, and property sales, helping clients make informed decisions whether they are buying, selling, or investing.
